هدفت هذه الدِّراسة إلى استكشاف دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تسريع التحول الرقمي في الجامعات السودانية، مع التركيز على فعالية تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس لدمج أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني. استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي، حيث تم تقسيم عينة الدِّراسة إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية درست باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومجموعة ضابطة درست باستخدام الطرق التقليدية. تكونت عينة الدِّراسة من (20) عضو هيئة تدريس تم اختيارهم عشوائيًا من عدة جامعات سودانية، مقسمين إلى مجموعتين متساويتين (10 أعضاء لكل مجموعة)، مما يمثل (33.33%) من المجتمع الأصلي للدِّراسة البالغ (60) عضو هيئة تدريس المتواجدين في ولاية البحر الأحمر (نازحين).
تم استخدام اختبار تحصيلي كأداة رئيسية للدِّراسة، حيث تم تطبيقه قبل وبعد التجربة على عينة الدِّراسة بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته. تم إجراء التجربة في عام 2025، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) كشفت النتائج عن دور كبير للذكاء الاصطناعي في تسريع التحول الرقمي في الجامعات السودانية.
اختتمت الدِّراسة بعدة توصيات، أهمها: تفعيل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لدعم التحول الرقمي في الجامعات السودانية، وتنظيم دورات تدريبية وورش عمل متخصصة لتطوير مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتدريبهم على دمج أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني لتحقيق تكامل ديناميكي وفعال في العملية التعليمية

Abstract
This study aimed to explore the role of artificial intelligence in accelerating digital transformation in Sudanese universities, with a focus on the effectiveness of training faculty members to integrate e-learning systems. The researchers employed a quasi-experimental approach, dividing the study sample into two groups: an experimental group that studied using artificial intelligence applications, and a control group that studied using traditional methods. The study sample consisted of (20) faculty members randomly selected from several Sudanese universities, divided into two equal groups (10 members each), representing 33.33% of the original study population of (60) faculty members located in the Red Sea State (displaced individuals).
An achievement test was used as the main tool for the study, applied pre- and post-experiment to the study sample after ensuring its validity and reliability. The experiment was conducted in the year 2025, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results revealed a significant role of artificial intelligence in accelerating digital transformation in Sudanese universities.
The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are: activating the use of artificial intelligence to support digital transformation in Sudanese universities, organizing specialized training courses and workshops to develop faculty members’ skills in using artificial intelligence applications, and training them to integrate e-learning systems to achieve dynamic and effective integration in the educational process
